* Optimized processing for host without channel reporting, such as Reaper.
* Fix: Upsampling in MDynamicsSideChain could lead to a crask.
* Fix: Latency reporting.
* Fix: MS encoder wasn't working correctly.
* Fix: Multiparameters and parameters controlled by ABCD morphing weren't recording automation.
